Work the grill and the birria pots in a fast, friendly kitchen. Experience with Mexican cooking is a plus — a good attitude matters more. We train.

Morning prep: salsas, marinades, produce and beans, made fresh every day. Early shifts, steady hours, no late nights.

Take orders in person and by phone, keep pickup and delivery moving, and make every guest feel like a regular. Spanish and English both welcome.

Keep the kitchen running smoothly — wash dishes, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and support the kitchen team during busy shifts. Weekend availability preferred.
